Work
Companies and employers often require employees to undergo evaluation in order to help them determine fitness for duty, ability to return to work, and answer questions regarding disability issues. Neuropsychological testing is employed in disability and workman's compensation cases to provide objective information concerning an individual's ability to perform their various job duties and, when serial testing is used, to help decided if and when a person may return to work. The results and recommendations from the evaluation are explained in detail with both employers and employees and, when appropriate, services are available to assist in implementing the recommendations.
